Job DescriptionWe are actively seeking a Network Engineer with a minimum of 16 years of experience. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
Required Skills- Experience and expertise working with commercial cloud service providers (eg. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) building out VPCs with Linux VMs, configuring them as network appliances (eg. Linux as a router), and locking them down to meet cyber security standards
- Experience configuring and hardening Linux OS in both cloud and physical environments
- Experience configuring and hardening network gear to include firewalls, switches, routers, IPS, etc
- Experience and expertise working with commercial VPNs
- Experience working with commercial messaging applications (CMA) and Android tablet devices
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues after hours and on weekends, ie. Call in support
Desired Skills- Experience and expertise deploying CNGA internet network infrastructure with an thorough understanding of the customers mission
- Working knowledge and expertise using the customer's core appliances and services to include their networks
- Working knowledge and experience with the customer's core networks
