Full Job Description
We are looking for Network Engineers, Network Services of all levels (junior to senior) to add their skills to our team supporting a classified customer in the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to support all network hardware and operating systems and be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of network systems. You will design and implement transport and encryption solutions; maintain existing systems through troubleshooting, repair, upgrade, and replacement; and provide IT engineering support, hardware and software configuration management, license management, and inventory, baseline, and performance data. You will also be part of a team that manages the infrastructure, plans upgrades for future capabilities, consolidates bandwidth, and optimizes the network to ensure availability, reliability, and proper implementation of security and cover mechanisms. 37 Demonstrated experience engineering, implementing, and maintaining geographically dispersed unclassified and classified networks
37 Experience troubleshooting/resolving application issues
37 Expertise in virtualization technologies for implementation of solutions
37 Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
37 Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, both in a team and as an individual contributor
37 High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability
37 Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Preferred Skills and Education
37 Information Technology or Engineer Bachelor's or Master's Degree(s)
37 Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Software Defined Networking
37 Experience leading and managing a team of junior network professionals
37 Technical expertise with PaaS to perform site deployments of LANs, VPNs, and other networks
37 Experience designing, implementing and maintaining VMWare and Nutanix based virtual infrastructure
37 Experience with any or all of the following technologies: Cisco Nexus/Catalyst/ASA/ISR/XE, Splunk, SentinelOne, AWS, and/or Microsoft Azure
37 Certifications: CCNP Enterprise or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued); passed Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions (300-415 ENSDWI) Exam
