Job Summary We are seeking a Network Architect with expertise in service provider networking, large-scale network architectures, overlay networks, BGP, and internet edge routing. The role involves supporting network infrastructure design and deployment across data centers, configuring and bringing up network devices, adapting existing network designs for new deployments, and maintaining network infrastructure maps and IP address management.
Key Responsibilities • Design and support service provider networking solutions and large-scale network architectures. • Work with overlay networks, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and internet edge routing. • Support network infrastructure deployments using Cisco hardware and XR platforms. • Plan and support data center deployments, including edge devices, distribution cores, internet edge routers, and distribution routers. • Support market and regional data center buildouts. • Work with collocated data centers and owned or easement-based data center facilities. • Manage IP address management (IPAM) activities. • Develop and maintain network mapping and infrastructure maps. • Configure and bring up network devices. • Adapt and implement existing network designs for new deployments.
