Location: Irvine, CA

As a National Sales Manager, you will manage relationships with customers and partners across one or multiple market segments or industries. Ensuring that all our partners have the necessary information and product training to be successful. Assist in order processing, forecasting, and working cross-functionally with internal departments to assist with existing and new customer success.
  • Full Time: Monday ~ Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

The Role:
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities
  • Developing and executing business plans and strategies to maintain existing customers, obtain new customers, and increase sales and profitability
  • Assist with the strategy and growth of North American market
  • Assist with product launches
  • Provide input on new products and other growth opportunities
  • Closing dealer agreements, quoting, and supplying inventory availability
  • Build relationships with industry personnel
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales milestones
  • Improving product knowledge, awareness, and sales in North America
  • Fostering relationships and creating relationships with industry personnel
  • Updating and marketing new products, price changes, and promotions to customers
  • Ensuring that customers and reps abide by our terms of agreement
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry functions
  • Travel as required


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years selling B2B
  • Experience selling into any of the following markets preferred: Aerospace, Electronics/Industrial, or Entertainment industry
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Lighting Knowledge a plus
