Job Description/Responsibilities
This National Director of Sales role leads how Sazerac grows across Canada through strong retailer, distributor, and liquor board partnerships. You'll own national sales strategy across channels, driving volume, share, and brand contribution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on building distribution, accelerating innovation, and aligning teams around clear commercial priorities. What You'll Do
• Lead national sales strategy across Canada, driving growth in volume, share, and distribution across channels
• Build and influence senior relationships with retailers, liquor boards, distributors, and internal stakeholders to accelerate business results
• Develop and execute commercial plans that align teams around clear priorities, KPIs, and growth targets
• Drive innovation and new business development, managing opportunities from concept through execution
• Use reporting, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities, manage performance, and guide decision-making
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of sales leadership experience within the Canadian consumable, beverage, or CPG industry
• Proven experience managing retailer relationships, distributor networks, and Canadian liquor boards
• Demonstrated ability to lead in high-growth environments, influence strategy, and drive results through complexity and ambiguity
Preferred:
• Experience leading field sales teams and managing indirect sales organizations
• Background in budgeting, financial planning, or commercial analysis
• Experience launching innovation and managing end-to-end commercialization strategies

The annual salary range for this role is $157,581 - $236,372 CAD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
