About The RoleThe National Administration Leader is a national service and operations leadership role responsible for the administrative backbone of HUB's Dealership Insurance Practice. This role leads a distributed administrative team, strengthens service delivery standards, and ensures operational consistency across client onboarding, policy administration, renewals, data integrity, and reporting. Working closely with producers, account teams, carrier partners, and practice leadership, the incumbent will build scalable workflows, improve turnaround times, and reinforce a high-accountability, client-focused service model.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced insurance operations leader who is equally comfortable leading people, improving processes, and working inside core brokerage systems such as EPIC.
What You'll Do- Lead the national administrative function for the Dealership Insurance Practice, including onboarding, coaching, workload planning, and performance management of support staff.
- Establish and monitor service standards, workflows, and key performance indicators to improve consistency, timeliness, quality, and client experience.
- Oversee data integrity within EPIC and related insurer and broker systems, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Manage the administrative components of the renewal cycle, including timelines, follow-up discipline, file quality, and adherence to service commitments.
- Partner with producers, account managers, and leadership to align administrative capacity with business growth, client needs, and seasonal workload demands.
- Identify and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, templates, and controls that reduce rework and increase efficiency.
- Support regulatory and carrier compliance by maintaining disciplined documentation standards and reinforcing internal policies and best practices.
- Produce and analyze operational reporting to identify trends, capacity gaps, service bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a key stakeholder in system optimization, change management, and cross-functional initiatives that impact service delivery within the practice.
- Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture grounded in accountability, communication, and continuous development.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success- 7+ years of progressive experience in insurance operations, administration, or service leadership within a brokerage, insurer, MGA, or closely related financial services environment.
- Demonstrated success leading administrative or service teams across multiple locations, with strong coaching, change management, and performance management capability.
- Strong understanding of brokerage workflows including policy administration, endorsements, renewals, documentation standards, and client service expectations.
- Hands-on experience with EPIC or comparable broker management systems, with a strong focus on data quality, reporting, and workflow discipline.
- Proven ability to design, document, and improve processes in a fast-paced environment while balancing service quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize across competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with leaders, frontline teams, and external partners.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment in handling sensitive client, operational, and compliance matters.
- Post-secondary education in business, insurance, or a related discipline is preferred; CAIB, CIP, RIBO, or relevant provincial licensing/designation is considered an asset.
- Experience in dealership, automotive, affinity, warranty, or specialty insurance environments is a strong asset.
The expected salary range for this position is $91,000 to $135,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
