The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Insights, the National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer-specific business plans, managing strategic retail partnerships, and identifying opportunities to grow market share and brand presence. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing national retail accounts within the Food, Drug, and Mass channels and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key national retail accounts across Canada.
  • Create and execute account plans aligned with customer objectives, assortment strategies, promotional programs, and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining accountability for sales budgets, trade spend, and forecast accuracy.
  • Leverage internal and external market data to identify opportunities and support customer decision-making.
  • Lead customer negotiations and presentations while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to secure resources, remove barriers, and achieve business objectives.
  • Support field sales teams in executing national strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
