  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve quotas and initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports with sales and POS data
  • Negotiate customer rebate agreements
  • Ensure business practices are safe and ethical
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing National Accounts.
  • Manage and develop a team of Territory Sales Support and evaluate their performance to ensure they are meeting initiatives and quota
  • Work effectively and strategically with other National Account Manager to ensure synergy across channels
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with Marketing and Sales Annual Plan and Long-Range Planning
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that orders are being received and fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Lead, coaches and motivate the team to achieve initiatives and quota
  • Prepare sales reports and use sales and POS data effectively
  • Manage and negotiate customer rebate agreements
  • Ensure that all business is conducted in a safe and ethical manner
  • Perform other duties as required


Requirements:
  • Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in the building components industry
  • At least 1 year of experience managing sales team members or a sales agency
  • Ability to maintain a positive disposition and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to develop working relationships with customers as well as effectively supervising sales staff
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with large clients while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing sales strategy.
  • Working knowledge of office machinery, computers, and business and word processing software including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel nationally and locally approximately 20% of the time

Compensation Information:

$90,000-$100,000 Base Salary with an additional Sales Incentive Plan and other benefits
