This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The National Account Manager, CDI & Wellbeing is responsible for driving profitable growth across Independent Dealer, Buying Group, Contract Builder, and Distributor accounts by selling and expanding Electrolux Ownership Solutions and Wellbeing product portfolios. This role serves as the primary business lead for assigned national accounts, developing strategic growth plans, optimizing product mix, pricing, promotions, and channel performance while maintaining profitability objectives. Success in this position requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, relationship management, collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary account manager for assigned Independent Dealer, Buying Group, Contract Builder, and Distributor customers across the Ownership Solutions and Wellbeing portfolio.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including product assortment, pricing, promotional, and merchandising plans to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

  • Partner with Product Line, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to develop customer-specific business plans aligned with brand and company objectives.

  • Lead customer business reviews, product line reviews, presentations, and communicate strategic recommendations and growth opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze sales performance, profitability, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities and ensure achievement of volume and financial goals.

  • Manage forecasting, promotional investments, item setup, pricing accuracy, and related business processes to support operational excellence and data integrity.

  • Support product commercialization efforts, monitor product performance and quality trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-related initiatives.

  • Enhance online and in-store customer experiences by driving digital marketing, merchandising, advertising, and share-of-voice initiatives for assigned accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, marketing, merchandising, or a related commercial field.

  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business performance and develop actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience creating presentations, reports, and business analyses.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams; experience with major appliances, independent dealer networks, or contract builder channels is a plus.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time, including occasional increased travel during trade show and customer event seasons.
