You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Pinellas F-16 Canopy Assembly team
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations.
- Motivate improvement, drive corrective actions, identify risk-mitigation actions, and solve complex problems across the F-16 Canopy program.
- Embrace Full Spectrum Leadership to develop, support, and empower teams, encouraging ownership throughout the organization.
- Cultivate program performance on quality, cost, and schedule metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of assembly work.

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).
- Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)
Desired Skills- Previous leadership experience
- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems
- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
- Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
