What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across three shifts in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include: - Lead and direct a represented workforce, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards are met.
- Identify and resolve production constraints, implementing strategies to mitigate bottlenecks.
- Drive process-improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications• Manufacturing &/or Production Operations Experience.
• Experience with tools, machines, &/or systems used in a production/manufacturing environment along with composite fabrication techniques.
• Prior Experience Leading.
• Experience with business metrics (KPIs) to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality, safety)
• Experience with reading and interpreting process specs and drawings.
Desired Skills• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Previous work in a Union environment
• Ability to use Lean Manufacturing principles to solve problems.
• Experience Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with SFM (shop floor management)
• Ability to self-start and solve problems.
• Experience with leading complex composite builds to include layup, bonding core, conical shapes, autoclaves, ovens.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
