Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with relevant experience
• Preferred experience in lean production and medical device manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills, especially in production meetings and cross-departmental interactions
• Ability to conduct capacity analysis and generate scheduling reports
• Experience in production performance metrics and compliance with medical device regulations
• Familiarity with material handling and lean manufacturing concepts
• Proficient in ERP systems, MS Access, Word, and Excel, with strong English language skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee product assemblers for micro-controller medical devices
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times
• Schedule personnel to achieve production targets and communicate capacity requirements to management
• Act as a key point for troubleshooting issues within the production process to minimize downtime
• Analyze and drive productivity using Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen
• Prepare production reports and present performance metrics in management meetings
• Coach new employees, establish training plans, and manage training records and critical certifications
