THE WORK The Manufacturing Manager role is responsible for leading day-to-day assembly & test operations in the Moorestown, NJ facility.
• The candidate selected for this position will manage manufacturing supervisors and an represented workforce of assembly & test technicians (anticipated span of control is between 50-100 employees), in support of products for the Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS), Radar & Sensor Systems (RSS), and Mission Systems and Weapons (MSW) market segments.
• The candidate will be responsible for operating assigned workcenters to deliver product free of defect, in support of program cost and schedule demands.
• The role will require being an effective change manager: many of the projects are transitioning from design/development into production for the first time.
• These are lower maturity projects that will require effective management to react quickly to changes and identify workarounds.
• This position will also require you to analyze large amounts of data to help effectively manage your workforce.

Basic QualificationsApropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Prior leadership experience.
Demonstrated knowledge / practical experience with Lean Manufacturing / Flow.
Candidate must be able to obtain an Interim Secret DoD clearance prior to starting this position. Obtaining a clearance requires US citizenship.
Desired SkillsExperience working with digital tools / data analysis in support of manufacturing operations.
Leadership experience in a represented workforce environment.
Experience with electrical & mechanical assembly & test in support of radar & launcher subsystems and components.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
