Multi-Craft Maintenance ElectricianEuclid, Ohio | $35-$45/hour | Benefits Starting Day OneTroubleshoot It. Fix It. Help Prevent It from Happening Again.When manufacturing equipment goes down, finding the problem quickly matters. Preventing the next failure matters even more.
This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the mechanical knowledge to work across a wide range of manufacturing equipment and systems. You'll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures, perform preventive maintenance, repair production equipment, and work with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability.

What You'll DoAs a Multi-Craft Maintenance Electrician, you'll help keep manufacturing equipment safe, reliable, and available for production.
You'll:
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on industrial production equipment
- Diagnose and repair 24V-480V electrical systems and safety circuits
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including Rockwell PLCs
- Work with VFDs, HMIs, motor-control systems, servos, and process instrumentation
- Troubleshoot photo eyes, proximity sensors, and other industrial sensors and controls
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to identify problems before they cause downtime
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete unplanned repairs
- Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose motors, drives, controls, and other production-equipment components
- Read and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical drawings, prints, and schematics
- Use diagnostic information to determine the cause of equipment failures
- Document completed maintenance and repair work
- Communicate equipment status, problems, and repair needs clearly to Production and leadership
- Support equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency
- Follow established electrical, maintenance, and plant safety procedures
Requirements
You Could Be a Great Fit!This is a skilled industrial maintenance position. We're looking for someone who can do more than replace a failed component-you should be able to
troubleshoot the system and determine why it failed.You could be a strong fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have industrial electrical and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understand how manufacturing equipment and processes operate
- Can troubleshoot 24V-480V electrical systems
- Understand PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Can explain and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motor controls, servos, and instrumentation
- Can troubleshoot industrial sensors, including photo eyes and proximity sensors
- Can read electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings
- Have a working understanding of mechanical systems
- Are comfortable troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Can systematically diagnose equipment failures
- Communicate clearly with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors
- Can work independently when responding to equipment problems
- Take electrical and manufacturing safety seriously

This Is Hands-On Industrial MaintenanceYou'll spend much of your time on the manufacturing floor troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining industrial equipment. You should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, working around operating machinery, accessing equipment as needed to complete repairs, performing repetitive physical tasks, and lifting up to
50 pounds when required.
Required PPE and electrical safety procedures must be followed at all times.
