You'll work alongside Production and Engineering to understand equipment performance, troubleshoot difficult problems, and identify opportunities to make our manufacturing operation safer and more reliable.

That means your impact goes beyond the repair you make today.

Build Your Technical Skills

Working in advanced manufacturing means working with a broad range of equipment, controls, and technologies.

You'll have opportunities to strengthen your expertise in industrial controls, automation, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance while learning the specialized equipment used in Elmet's manufacturing processes.

Elmet also offers tuition assistance and internal growth opportunities to support continued technical and career development.

This Is Hands-On Industrial Maintenance

You'll spend much of your time on the manufacturing floor troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining industrial equipment.
