Job Title:MSCC - Risk and Compliance Analyst
Status:Exempt
Reports to: Director - MSCC Support
Department: Member Service Contact Center
Job Code: 12099
Pay Range: $77,500.00 - $85,000.00 Annually

You are a highly analytical compliance and risk professional who thrives in a regulated environment. You influence through expertise, build trusted partnerships, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Compliance Oversight Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs specific to contact center operations. Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., NCUA, CFPB, BSA/AML, TCPA) and assess their impact on contact center procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the contact center environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk response strategies and corrective action plans. Maintain and update risk reporting and incident logs. Training & Communication Design and deliver compliance and risk training for contact center staff and leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between compliance, legal, and contact center teams. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across all levels of the contact center.
  • Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
  • Process Improvement Evaluate and enhance contact center processes to reduce risk exposure and improve compliance efficiency. Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Quality team on aligning call evaluations with the compliance and risk program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICIATIONS AND PREFERENCES:
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field required
  • 3+ years compliance, risk management, or audit roles, preferably within a credit union or financial institution. Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable preferred
