The Impact You'll Be Contributing to MolocoAs part of the Ads Strategy team within Moloco's Go-To-Market organization, this person shapes strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Initial focus:
- Leading high-impact strategy projects for Moloco's Executive and C-Suite teams.
- Driving the Competitive Intelligence function for Moloco Ads.
The OpportunityStrategy & Growth Initiatives- Drive high-impact strategy projects to accelerate revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations by analyzing advertiser trends, market expansion opportunities, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to refine strategic proposals and make sure they get executed.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights- Lead Moloco's Competitive Intelligence (CI) function: track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product developments in mobile advertising.
- Be the company's go-to expert on the competitive landscape so leadership stays ahead of key shifts.
- Synthesize insights into executive-ready reports and actionable recommendations.
- Benchmark Moloco's ad products and monetization strategies against competitors to identify areas of differentiation.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the AdTech industry; mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
- Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy (highly preferred).
- Experience working directly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional analytical skills; breaks ambiguous problems into their key factors and delivers compelling recommendations.
- Has driven high-visibility strategic projects from ideation to execution, even with limited data or guidance.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, and other teams, with outstanding written and presentation skills.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is a plus.

The location for this role is listed above. For base pay range purposes, location-based compensation is grouped into the following regions. Your region is determined by your assigned work location.
- Region A: Menlo Park Office, New York Office, SF Bay Area, New York Metro Area
- Region B: Seattle Office, Seattle, Los Angeles/Orange County, San Diego, Austin, Boston, Washington DC Metro Area, Miami
- Region C: All other U.S. locations

$152,000-$209,760 USD
Region B:
$136,800-$188,784 USD
Region C:
$129,200-$178,296 USD
