Paul Davis of North Florida is seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our Emergency Services team.
This role oversees mitigation, mold remediation, contents restoration, catastrophe response, field personnel, equipment readiness, production performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Lead mitigation, mold, contents, and emergency services operations
- Manage technicians, crew leaders, and field personnel
- Coordinate schedules, equipment, staffing, and resources
- Drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure documentation, job files, and communication are completed accurately
- Support CAT response planning and deployment
- Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards
What We're Looking For
- Restoration leadership experience
- Water mitigation and drying knowledge
- Experience leading field teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Large loss, commercial, and CAT experience preferred
