Position Information:
Perform surgeries using minimally invasive techniques. Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in teaching, research, and potentially leadership roles within their division.
Qualifications: AAGL Fellowship Trained
Key Responsibilities:
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery:
Perform minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgeries.
Diagnosis and Treatment of Gynecologic Conditions:
Evaluate and treat patients with endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, and other complex gynecologic conditions.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with anesthesiologists, nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Teaching and Research:
Mentor and educate junior physicians, residents, and clinical staff. Participate in academic activities, including lectures, curriculum development, and research initiatives that advance minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Continuing Education:
Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Clinical Duties:
Participate in departmental unassigned call.
Practice Focus:
GYN-only practice preferred, with no obstetrical responsibilities.
