Full Job Description
Military Analyst for the Intelligence Warfighting Function to join a team providing Military Intelligence Simulation training support services to the Army at the Mission Training Complex (MTC), JBLM, Washington. The full-time position serves as an Intelligences Subject Matter Expert and Intelligence simulations operator providing simulated military intelligence for Army training exercises. The primary Intelligence Simulation is Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT).

The successful applicant effectively provides Intelligence coaching, exercise design, and simulation operations to support the
customer during collective mission command training events and stand-alone Intelligence training events.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans, coordinates and supervises the MTC staff in the delivery of intelligence centered training support. Supports exercise design and integrates Intelligence Simulation capabilities into training events that meet training unit objectives.
• Subject matter expert in the Intelligence Warfighting Function and the Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS).
• Provides intelligence collection instruction, coaching and mentoring to brigade and battalion staffs.
• Subject matter expert on the following intelligence simulations: Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM), and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems. Configures and operates the various components of IEWTPT, WIM, and MUSE.
• Specific to IEWTPT: Configures and operates the Technical Control Cell (TCC), Target Signature Arrays (TSA), and Virtual Reality Scene Generator (VRSG)/simulation interface to process the enhanced constructive information into native protocols of the organic ISR systems being stimulated.
• Integrates Intelligence Simulations with constructive simulations. (e.g. JLCCTC-MRF 8.1 and Low Overhead Stimulations (LOTS and iLOD).
• Maintains proficiency in Mission Command Systems integration and interoperability (primarily DCGS-A, CPOF/CPCE, and AFATDS) in order to instruct and assist operators during training events.
• Has access to and regularly works with Government sensitive data.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess a current adjudicated U.S. Secret Clearance. Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Clearance with Special Compartmentalized Information caveat (TS/SCI), and pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• A current Cyber Security Workforce baseline certification (e.g. Security+, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CND, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution desired.
• Competed Captains Career Course, Basic Leadership Course, Battle Staff Course, Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling.
• Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Function. For example, Battalion or Brigade S2 staff. • Experience with Army Mission Command and Intelligence Collection software systems (e.g. DCGS-A).
• Previous experience with one or more of the Intelligence simulations systems (e.g. IEWTPT).
• Position requires the ability to work independently and creatively.
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
