The Mid Systems Analyst will support Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training (LVCt) initiatives focused on Information Warfare (IW) systems, Fleet training, and operational readiness. Working within a team, the analyst will assist with planning, coordinating, integrating, and assessing LVCt capabilities and training events. The position will interface professionally with NAVWAR program offices, Fleet commands, warfare centers, training organizations, and other Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop, recommend, and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing systems, and review system capabilities, workflows, and schedule limitations. Analyze and recommend solutions.
Transform user requests or requirements into technical design specifications and serve as a liaison between various parties.
Provide specialized systems analytical support to Navy acquisition programs or related Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.
Support NAVWAR TSPO Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training (LVCt) initiatives and Fleet training requirements.
Assist with the planning, coordination, integration, execution, and assessment of LVCt events and Fleet training exercises.
Analyze Information Warfare system capabilities and training requirements to support integration into LVCt and distributed training environments.
Coordinate with NAVWAR program offices, Fleet commands, warfare centers, training organizations, and other stakeholders to support LVCt requirements and objectives.
Support the development, review, and tracking of technical, operational, and training requirements associated with LVCt capabilities.
Assist with identifying system interoperability, connectivity, configuration, and integration requirements affecting LVCt events.
Support exercise planning meetings, technical coordination meetings, working groups, and other LVCt-related activities.
Track schedules, milestones, risks, issues, action items, and dependencies associated with LVCt planning and execution.
Develop briefings, reports, schedules, technical documentation, and other programmatic products supporting LVCt initiatives and Fleet training readiness.
Requirements:
3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense systems, training, operations, exercises, or acquisition programs.
Familiarity with Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training (LVCt), distributed training environments, or synthetic training capabilities.
Familiarity with Navy Fleet training and exercise planning.
Ability to analyze technical and operational requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Project.

Desired Qualifications:
Previous NAVWAR, NIWC, Fleet, or Navy training support experience.
