The opportunityYou want to build a big career fast, and you want a product customers actually pull for. Redlist is the AI-powered reliability and maintenance platform for heavy industry: the mines, refineries, paper mills and food plants that can't afford downtime. Some of the world's largest companies already rely on it.
We have more qualified leads than our team can work. We're looking for high-velocity closers who want to own a territory, run a lot of deals, learn fast and earn their way up.
Why this is the right next move- A massive market and a big pipeline. Thousands of mid-sized plants in mining, oil and gas, food and beverage, and pulp and paper still run maintenance on spreadsheets and clipboards. Marketing and our AI-driven prospecting engine keep your calendar full.
- Product-market fit that compounds. Customers start with one site and expand to more. You'll close deals that grow after signature.
- Cutting-edge AI. Redlist AI Agents build criticality studies and PM programs, analyze oil and vibration data, and review inspection photos to predict failures. You'll be selling the future of maintenance, not a me-too CMMS.
- Fast-growth startup, unlimited upside. You'll have direct access to sales leadership and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing company is built. Top performers here get bigger territories, bigger deals and a path to enterprise.
- A winning culture. Competitive, supportive and fun. We celebrate wins loudly and coach hard.
What success looks likeIn 90 days: You run sharp discovery and demos on your own, qualify every deal with MEDDPICCR, and have a territory plan you're executing weekly. You're building pipeline at the pace your number requires and have early deals moving toward close.
In 12 months: You're at or above quota with a steady cadence of new logos, and you've turned some first-site wins into expansions. Your forecast is reliable, and you're ready for bigger deals.
What you'll do- Close new business. Run full-cycle deals with plant managers, maintenance and reliability leaders and operations executives at companies with 250-5,000 employees.
- Work a high-velocity book. Manage many deals at once without dropping anything, and move them forward every week.
- Build your own pipeline. Work warm inbound and AI-sourced leads fast, and add outbound prospecting into your target accounts.
- Qualify with MEDDPICCR. Find the pain, the metrics, the champion and the economic buyer early, and walk away from deals that won't close.
- Lead with insight. Teach buyers something new about their uptime, maintenance cost and safety, then show them how Redlist fixes it.
- Own your territory and your forecast. Keep HubSpot clean and current, know your numbers, and call them accurately.
- Get better every week. Take coaching, review your calls, and bring field feedback to product and marketing.
