Job Summary

Supports PEO C4I PMW/A 170 in providing end-to-end lifecycle logistics, training, installation, and configuration management support to Navy communications and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems. Deliver advanced, resilient, and adaptive C4I capabilities that ensure maritime operational dominance across all domains. Integrates closely with government leads, Fleet Readiness Directorates (FRDs), Platform and Portfolio Program Offices, and industry partners to plan, execute, and sustain complex modernization and fielding initiatives. Works includes developing and maintaining integrated logistics products, configuration baselines, and training documentation; coordinating and tracking shipboard and shore installations; ensuring compliance with NAVWAR and NAVSEA standards; and producing required reports and deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. Operates in a collaborative environment supporting system readiness, fielding synchronization, and lifecycle sustainment objectives in alignment with PEO C4I's overarching mission to deliver interoperable, secure, and modern warfighting systems to the Fleet.

Telework is supported at 10%. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists in developing and maintaining training documentation, including NTSPs, TPPs, TSIPs, and training media. Supports Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) and Training Requirement Reviews (TRRs) to define learning objectives. Prepares and revises lesson plans, instructor guides, and ILE/IMI courseware under senior specialist guidance. Coordinates with Fleet Learning Centers and government training representatives for validation and approval of materials. Updates course content to reflect configuration changes, system enhancements, & ILS updates. Tracks training deliverables and milestones, maintaining alignment with program schedules and government requirements. Supports development of training readiness reports, POA&Ms, and meeting materials

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have four (4) to six (6) years of DoW professional experience in curriculum development or Navy/DoW training development. Must have strong technical writing, documentation, and coordination skills. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with senior trainers, engineers, and logistics staff.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree education, instructional system design, psychology, or related training systems discipline desired.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $95,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
