Full Job Description
TMB is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst to lead management consulting and organizational improvement initiatives supporting Navy customers at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.
Responsibilities
Lead management analysis projects and organizational studies.
Design and implement performance measurement systems.
Conduct comprehensive business process improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder working groups.
Develop recommendations and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational improvement efforts.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
