Position Description:
The Functional Lead will drive business process design and ensure successful implementation and demonstration of D365 solutions, with a focus on F&O, IOM, IV, and Dual-write-enabled processes.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Define and document business processes across F&O, IOM, and IV
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
• Support and validate Dual-write business scenarios
• Prepare and support functional demos (order lifecycle, inventory tracking)
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 6-10 years of overall experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong functional expertise in F&O (finance and supply chain)
• Experience with IOM workflows and orchestration rules
• Understanding of inventory visibility concepts and use cases
• Ability to support client-facing demos and walkthroughs
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$145,000. This role is a future opportunity.
