The AOD/Nurse Supervisor maintains oversight of unit based Clinical Service lines in identified building in order to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner; plans and develops program goals and directs efforts towards meeting goals; provides support, direction, and supervision of assigned staff; manages response to patient/family complaints or grievances; develops services and programs to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance; supports marketing, development, and community relations activities.

Qualifications Requirements: - BSN from an accredited school of nursing or 10 years of behavioral health experience and ASN. 18 months in clinical, managerial and administrative experience preferred. 2 years in psychiatric direct patient care nursing., Master's Degree is preferred.
- A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
- An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
