The position is critical in designing, implementing, and managing the data and analytics architecture and engineering processes to support data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics. Through leadership of a team of data and analytic engineers, provides guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including 3 or more years in a formal or informal leader position is required. Experience in architecting, implementing, and managing a Cloud-based Data and Analytics Platform is preferred. Experience with Epic System (EMR) Data and Analytic Platform is preferred. Experience in Healthcare Industry is Preferred. Experience with Tech enablement for Machine Learning / AI initiatives is preferred. Formal Leadership experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, software engineering, related field or a combination of education and experience is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of Data Mesh Principles is preferred.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $49.15- $84.07. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
