Job Description

Duties:

The MFOM Operations Lead will manage a team of highly skilled and diverse personnel (e.g., System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Database Administrators) in providing support of Navy's Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) software maintenance and sustainment programs to include: Cloud Transition, System and Application Support, Ashore Installation, and DevSecOps. Additionally, the Operations Lead will:
  • Manage a team that is responsible for Technology Assessments, Infrastructure Operations, Systems Analysis, Cloud Transition, RMF Support and Programmatic Support.
  • Provide oversight for Navy maintenance and sustainment, logistics, and business systems related to MFOM.

Education & Experience:
  • 15 years' experience in Navy Software Maintenance Systems.
  • 8 years of Agile SAFe experience.
  • 8 years of Lead experience.
  • Experience with continuous delivery (desire), Agile development (required).

Clearance: Secret.
