Responsibilities

  • Lead complex data center projects from preconstruction to final turnover.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, and any change orders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with a focus on critical paths.
  • Coordinate MEP systems, fire protection, low-voltage, and building automation systems.
  • Facilitate Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and provide executive-level updates.
  • Oversee commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing for performance assurance.
  • Mentor and develop junior project team members.
  • Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and specific client requirements.

Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Lead complex, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through final turnover and commissioning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, field leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and change order processes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) with strong critical path focus.
  • Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, and building automation systems.
  • Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Drive commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to ensure all systems meet performance and redundancy requirements.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, building the next generation of leaders.
  • Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific requirements.


What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Project Management role.
  • 3-5 years managing large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
  • Deep technical expertise in MEP systems, power infrastructure, and critical redundancy environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and cost controls.
  • Proven leadership presence with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Preferred:
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM platforms, Primavera P6/MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
