Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with 5+ years specifically in Project Management.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems, power infrastructure, and critical redundancy environments.
• Strong financial skills with experience handling multimillion-dollar budgets and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data center projects from preconstruction to final turnover.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, and any change orders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with a focus on critical paths.
• Coordinate MEP systems, fire protection, low-voltage, and building automation systems.
• Facilitate Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and provide executive-level updates.
• Oversee commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing for performance assurance.
• Mentor and develop junior project team members.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and specific client requirements.
