The position operates within the Infrastructure & Development team and manages external project stakeholders including general contractors, architects, engineers of record, and specialty consultants. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation; track variance, review change orders, and report project status to the Infrastructure & Development Lead on a regular cadence
  • Manage design and engineering consultant activities, including review of drawings and specifications for constructability, coordination of design reviews, and resolution of design conflicts prior to construction
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders - including operations, manufacturing, and facilities - to ensure project scope reflects Base Power's technical and operational requirements
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues that require executive decision-making
  • Oversee project closeout activities including punch list management, commissioning coordination, document turnover, and warranty tracking

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects in an owner's representative or owner-side capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules, including change order evaluation, cost forecasting, and schedule recovery planning
  • Working knowledge of construction documents, MEP systems, and building systems; ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Experience coordinating with architects, engineers of record, and specialty consultants across design and construction phases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in project management tools for scheduling and document control; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent platforms preferred
  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
