Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) Supervisor provides both clinical and administrative leadership for a Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving adults with substance use disorders, including justice-involved individuals and those experiencing financial, housing, and other barriers to treatment. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily delivery of treatment services while ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements. The LPHA Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary treatment team, including oversight of staff performance, documentation, treatment planning, and quality improvement activities. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this position maintains a clinical caseload by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling, completing clinical documentation, and coordinating care to ensure timely access to evidence-based services. The LPHA Supervisor works collaboratively with probation departments, courts, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners to support continuity of care and improve treatment outcomes. This role promotes a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach while ensuring high-quality services that support engagement, retention, and long-term recovery for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.

License:

Required:

  • LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (Varies).

Salary: $81,912.81 - $104,430.64, based on licensure.

Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

  • Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
  • Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
  • Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
