Qualifications

• Active Washington clinical license in good standing
• Eligible for LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or LICSW roles
• Qualified to supervise under Washington board regulations
• Preferred supervision experience
• Strong understanding of ethical documentation and treatment planning

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and constructive feedback
• Support case documentation, treatment planning, and ethical practices
• Encourage supervisee development in clinical confidence
• Ensure compliance with Washington licensing and supervision requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized supervision records
