Responsibilities
Design and execute experiments to advance novel drug discovery platforms, with a primary focus on oncology.
Apply expertise in high-content imaging, live cell imaging, automation, cell culture scaling and reproducibility, phenotypic profiling, and oncology models to develop and optimize innovative drug screening approaches.
Lead high-throughput screening (HTS) of small molecule libraries using cell imaging technologies and robotics to drive the identification of potential therapeutic candidates.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including computational biologists and AI engineers, to integrate experimental data for AI/ML-driven biological insights.
Contribute to the development and refinement of drug discovery workflows in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Leverage prior experience in a startup or pharma to drive scalable and reproducible research
