Qualifications

• Knowledge of physician practice management methods and computerized systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong management skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and patient experience.
• Ability to analyze problems, implement solutions, and maintain quality control standards.
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques; understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in health care, business management, or related area preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience, including 2 years in a complex management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Medical Practice Clinic(s).
• Ensure efficient and effective office operations with a focus on patient-centered culture.
• Hold staff accountable to standards of care and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in budgeting and financial management of the practice.
• Support growth and development initiatives within the department.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to foster collaboration.
