What to ExpectSchedule: EVE 3:00 PM - 11:30PM (rotates W/E)Shift Differential: As applicableTraining: Training Days (7:00 AM - 3:30PM) Monday-Friday.
Training location: Montvale, NJ
Base Pay: 42.73 / hour - $59.20 / hour (depending on role).

As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to- Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

- Medical Lab Generalist: we can help you fast track to MLS in just over one year!
Medical Lab Scientist II- MLS/BB certification required.
- 2 years in a clinical laboratory setting required.
- Pay: $42.73/hour - $44.77/hour
Medical Lab Scientist III- SBB certification preferred. MLS/BB certification required.
- 3 years lab experience with 1-year IRL required.
- 2 years lead/charge experience required.
- Pay $49.14/hour - $51.48/hour
Medical Lab Scientist IV- SBB required.
- Base Wage: $59.20 / hour
