Medical Director

Compensation Range - Based on experience / Sign-On Bonus - $100,000

Full-Time opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: 80% Clinical, 20% Administrative, 3 days weekly.

In your day-to-day, you will:
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the emergency and critical care team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Support high-quality emergency and critical care medicine and help promote consistent clinical standards across the hospital.
• Partner with hospital leadership to support team development, operational goals, and the continued growth of the emergency and critical care service.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and support seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
