Qualifications: Qualifications - MD or DO; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
- Fellowship trained and board certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- Minimum three years of palliative care practice experience
- Minimum two years of physician leadership experience
- Eligible for appointment to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine
