Role: Mechanical Superintendent

Primary Objective: Use assigned resources to execute the project/job plan (i.e. "Boots on the ground")

Requirement: Must have experience managing Plumbing, Piping or HVAC Projects

Primary Duties
  • Jobsite LMA - Lead, Manage and hold your jobsite staff accountable.
  • Jobsite Safety - Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
  • Manage the Jobsite Schedule and staffing to ensure that electrical work meets the customer demands and so that the jobsite schedule is not delayed for reasons in your control.
  • Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
  • Efficiently and safely execute the project Scope/Spec by managing the onsite work (boots on the ground).
  • Ensure that workmanship and quality meets or exceeds company and customers standards.
  • Jobsite Paperwork - Ensuring your crew is filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
