You'll serve as the day-to-day manager of our mechanical machine design team while driving complex projects from concept through completion. What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline
- 7-10+ years of machine design experience in industrial automation (robotics, servos, custom tooling, etc.)
- More than 5 years working with SolidWorks
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Proficiency in SolidWorks FEA and CFD tools
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or eligibility
- Experience with ISO9001, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Work Environment: Onsite in Rochester, NY with occasional travel (up to 25%) to client sites and project locations
Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $94,203.70 - $141,304.60 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to proven experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
