You will be responsible for product design including CAD modelling, drafting and technical documentation, product change management, and ensuring designs are suitable for scalable high-volume production. You will be a core team member throughout the new product introduction (NPI) process, from concept development to prototyping, validation testing, and mass production. This role requires a strong mechanical background with a high level of proficiency in CAD and creating technical engineering drawings.
What’s in it For You
• Day 1 Coverage: Employer-paid comprehensive benefits, including dental, prescription drug, vision, paramedical coverage, and a $1,000 annual Health Spending Account.
• RRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.
