As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll play an important role in advancing yield improvement initiatives for the
F414 EFC and EHSV product lines , helping enhance first-pass yield, reduce turnaround times, and strengthen operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate repair development requirements, processes, and procedures.
- Review regulatory compliance requirements for materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify solutions that reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve first-pass yield (FPY).
- Develop and update technical publications, overhaul repair instructions, repair procedures, and inspection instructions.
- Evaluate technical equivalencies for materials, tools, and equipment used in repair and overhaul operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers performing overhaul repairs.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred: - Experience in mechanical design, aerospace engineering, or repair and overhaul operations.
- Familiarity with technical publications, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience reducing process turnaround times or improving product quality and yield.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
