Full Job Description
Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a senior MOE Analyst to provide data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce rigorous, evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness for internal stakeholders and senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, strong quantitative methodology skills, and the ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
  • Producing MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed by the Sponsor
  • Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
  • Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
  • Identifying and recommending solutions for closing data collection gaps and incorporating advanced technologies from academic and commercial communications industries to enhance analytical tradecraft

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis.
  • Eight (8) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting;OR Eight (8) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor.

Preferred: 

  • Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology.
  • Familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools.
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
