Job Description Summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Maternal–Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist to join the established Division of Maternal–Fetal Medicine. The successful candidate will be based primarily at the Princeton MFM practice to support Penn Medicine’s growing network of MFM services in New Jersey.

This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, evidence-based maternal–fetal medicine in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to academic resources, quality and safety initiatives, and optional teaching opportunities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as an attending maternal–fetal medicine physician
  • Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Penn Medicine and affiliate sites
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, patient communication, and care coordination

Clinical Effort Allocation

  • Patient Care: 95%
  • Administrative Duties: 5%

Qualifications
