About the role:

As a Master Scheduler with the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB), you will support the WPB Fulfillment team. You will develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment with business goals and customer demands. This will involve coordinating with various departments to optimize resource utilization and support long-term production planning.

You will report to the Manager of I&C and Electrical Products and will be located at our New Stanton, PA facility. This is an anchor position that is required on site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to balance production capacity with demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with management and various departments (e.g., production, procurement, sales) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and make informed long-term planning decisions.
  • Monitor and adjust the master schedule to address changes in demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the master schedule supports inventory management and customer delivery commitments.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production status, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate required tasks/deadlines. Escalate issues to appropriate levels of management
  • Coordinate and Schedule project work through the shop
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication, which includes maintenance and dissemination of scheduling metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of status
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons learned, and risk avoidance for future work
  • Integrate project's objectives and actions through participation with other project groups in matters of common concern
  • Identify, assess, and implement value-added improvement opportunities which will improve overall project performance


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Experience with SAP or Primavera scheduling software


We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000.00 to $112,500.00 per year.
