Compensation- $36-$44 per hour

What You'll DoYou'll be the trusted expert fleets rely on when they need service at their location.
- Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site-from routine maintenance to complex issues
- Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
- Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and operational
- Representing Wiers with professionalism, consistency, and skill
What You Bring- 6+ years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required)
- Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
- Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- ASE certifications
- Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.)
- Mobile or field service experience
- DOT inspection experience
- Advanced diagnostic training
