The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.

More About the Role:

As the selected representative, you will assist with managing MARS projects to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established within the intelligence community, their supported customers, and our FVEY Partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Support MARS capability development, modernization, innovation, and user adoption.

  • Coordinate with and streamline communications between all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of MARS Agile Software development and methodologies.

  • Professional knowledge of Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) and its processes

  • Experience with the approval processes and implementation of ATOs, APIs, and FTPs

  • Professional knowledge of and interaction with our FVEY partners

  • Security Classification guidelines as it pertains to the IC as disseminated by ODNI


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

  • Experience supervising intelligence analysis projects.

  • Experience utilizing the DIA’s, Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB), and familiarization with MARS.


Desired:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent

  • Active DIA CI Poly

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
