Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

- Devises and executes marketing strategy within client verticals
- Develops content strategy with business units and sales
- Delivers qualified leads to sales
- Based on interactions with sales, and primary research, acts as Voice of the Client, and the expert on when/how and with what to interact with prospects and clients at each stage of the purchase process
- Creates annual and quarterly marketing plans for approval by business units, practice areas, sales, and enterprise marketing
- Develops compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs for execution by Creative Team
- Responsibility for execution and delivery of marketing and sales materials
- Measures and reports on pipeline effectiveness for marketing initiatives
- Provides real-time feedback, analysis, and prescriptive suggestions across all areas of the marketing funnel
Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:
- 7-12 years progressive marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree required, with MBA preferred
- Previous experience managing lead/revenue generation activities
- Ability to prioritize nebulous and/or competing priorities
- Data-driven and experience in analytics-based reporting
- Familiarity with basic web analysis tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience in digital ad buying, social, DSP, search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some overnight travel required (10%)
