POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position:Marketing Programs Manager

Status: Exempt

Position:

Reports to: Vice President, Marketing

The position of Marketing Programs Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will have responsibility for strategy development and execution of direct to physician and direct to patient marketing programs.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing, sales team and cross functional teams and vendors to plan and execute impactful marketing programs designed to promote live-saving Hepatic Artery Infusion Therapy to medical oncologists, surgeons and patients.
  • Plan and lead initiatives designed to empower patients through impactful programs and campaigns.
  • Execute on all marketing projects and programs from inception to completion with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
  • Project manage and direct work of multiple vendors such as graphic designers, videographers, and print production vendors ensuring projects are progressing on track and delivered by deadlines and on budget
  • Manage PR agency in execution of targeted PR campaigns and initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders in development of marketing materials, implement content edits to marketing collateral and website and circulate for approvals in compliance with established regulations communication guidelines and procedures
  • Manage tradeshow strategy and logistical execution of several tradeshows and customer facing events, from event planning to detailed tactical execution
  • Plan and manage social media and email campaigns targeting physicians and patients
  • Lead website strategy and SEO optimization efforts including regular content expansion of the website and ongoing management of site performance
  • Partner with sales team to develop and execute peer to peer webinars and regional programs to physicians


You will bring to the table:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum 7 years of prior marketing experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in medical device or pharma companies
  • Skills:
    • Very comfortable with complex clinical content-able to understand and articulate clinical data to physician audiences
    • Highly skilled in developing impactful marketing and communication materials and campaigns
    • Demonstrated success with direct to direct to physician and patient marketing programs
    • Proactive, self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision and check in regularly on progress
    • An expert project manager able to execute on time and with attention to detail and able to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • A skilled story teller, able to articulate concisely and impactfully
    • Advanced proficiency in creating memorable Power Point presentations, including content and visuals
    • Enthusiastic and passionate with a can-do attitude strong work ethic, and ownership of execution and outcomes
