We're Looking For A: Marketing Ops Specialist

Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)

What You'll Be Doing: The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Marketing department, taking on essential responsibilities related to operational functions. This includes managing, creating, and organizing records within Salesforce CRM and other systems crucial to marketing operations. Additionally, the individual contributes to A/B testing, data collection, and generating insightful custom reports. The role actively supports business processes and ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) to facilitate the smooth execution of streamlined projects through our internal ticketing system. By efficiently handling these critical duties, the Marketing Operations Specialist contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives..
  • Create and manage post-purchase funnels and destination records within Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless customer journey from checkout through the thank-you page.
  • Create and manage pre-purchase funnel and destination email/SMS records within Salesforce CRM, ensuring a seamless customer journey from the prelander through the thank-you page.
  • Implement new product skus & product variants into SalesForce CRM, from sku creation, pricing review, to order form record creation.
  • Work with Marketing leads on various projects in order to create & manage JIRA tickets for Copy, Design, and Web Development, contributing to their successful execution and achieving project objectives in a timely manner.
  • Conduct A/B tests within VWO to evaluate marketing strategies, compile and analyze the results, and recommend actionable insights and solutions for improved campaign performance.
  • Stay on top of relevant back-end spreadsheets, databases, and inventories, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for informed marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect assets and information relevant to marketing initiatives, fostering effective communication and alignment.

  • 2-4+ years experience working day-to-day with Salesforce CRM, Project Management & ticketing softwares.
  • Ability to drive strong professional relationships and excels in follow-up communication to meet deadlines without issues.
  • Capable of working rapidly under pressure, individually and in team settings, and takes extreme ownership in project outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Demonstrates the ability to think critically and strategically, considering long-term goals and anticipating future trends to drive business success.
  • Possesses a creative mindset and is adept at generating innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.

The base salary range is $72,000-$91,000, plus bonus potential.
