Marketing Manager

About the roleFYIsoft is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to build pipeline for our financial software suite, with a base salary of $150,000-$165,000 and stock options.
Key responsibilities - Plan, launch and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid search and social, email, AEOs & SEO, webinars, events) that drive qualified pipeline.
- Support product launches, including Telli and new AI features, with messaging, sales collateral and launch content.
- Create content for finance buyers: case studies, ROI guides, blog posts, webinars and email nurtures.
- Run co-marketing with ERP partners and accounting firm partners.
- Manage HubSpot day to day: campaigns, lead scoring, workflows and list hygiene.
- Report weekly on pipeline, conversion rates and campaign ROI, and act on what the numbers show.
- Work closely with Sales on lead handoff, follow-up and enablement.
- Manage the website, agencies and freelancers.
Required qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years at a SaaS company.
- Finance background: marketing to CFOs, controllers or accounting professionals, or experience in fintech, ERP or financial software.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot ) and AI savvy
- A track record of campaigns that generated measurable pipeline.
- Strong writer who can make financial software clear and compelling.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you plan the work and do it.
Preferred qualifications - MBA.
- Experience marketing through Microsoft, NetSuite or Sage partner channels.
- Experience launching AI or analytics products.
- Experience managing contractors or a junior marketer.
LocationNaples , Fl. or Remote based on the US East Coast. Remote candidates work East Coast business hours (ET). Occasional travel for events and team meetings.
Compensation and equity - Base salary: $150,000-$165,000, based on experience and finance-industry background.
- Stock options: An early-stage equity grant. Because we have not raised venture capital, early team members can get in on the ground floor and share in the company's growth.
